Shipping & Returns

We can only deliver to UK mainland at this time (unfortunately that excludes Northern Ireland) and aim to deliver all goods within 4-5 working days from the order date. You will be notified via email when your order has been dispatched, complete with tracking details. Once dispatched with the courier, orders cannot be cancelled.

If you need a speedier delivery than this please drop us an email, message or DM and we will do our best to accommodate this for you. Be aware this will involve an additional charge per item. We can't guarantee a specific delivery date, as we're reliant on our courier partners, but will try our best! Also where applicable the customer is responsible for any duty and taxes that may occur.

Returns are only accepted on damaged goods. Should there be any damage to the items in your order when it arrives please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to fix this as quickly as possible. If you believe items to be damaged and still wish to return, please notify us as soon as possible at info@appreciationproject.co.uk including your order ID.
Goods MUST be sent back within 14 days of receiving the items. Customers are required to pay for the returns to be shipped back and until they are received back in perfect condition it is the customers responsibility, we therefore suggest you use a tracked postage service with insurance.
Note that e-Gift cards are excluded from our returns policy.
 
Our products are delicate and may vary slightly between orders. Should any obvious differences be known prior to dispatch, we will get in contact with you to ratify any changes.
